Machine broke deflaking and production cost reduction with PGA iFIBER

By installing a PGA iFIBER, impressive results were once again achieved - this time on the TM1 tissue machine at Vajda Papír in Hungary.

By installing a PGA iFIBER, the following results were achieved:

> Fresh fiber requirement reduced by up to 5 tons per day.

> Utilization of the converting and machine broke line increased to 100 %.

> Fines reduced by up to 75% in dissolved air flotation (DAF).

> Runtime of short fiber refiner fillings extended by 80 %.

> Deflaking of machine broke and production of flake-free paper.

> Optimized machine operation.
