IBS adds Remote Rx Service

At IBS, our success depends on the success of our customers. During these difficult times, we understand that the focus of paper mills is to keep employees safe and keep the machines running. To help our customers with the current challenges, we have created an entirely new free service, we call it Remote Rx.

What this means is that for a limited time, IBS is offering customers our papermaking expertise for free. The Remote Rx service analyzes paper machine key operating variables (KOV) and determines small changes that can be made to existing equipment to create big improvements in your machine’s runnability. A better running paper machine is a safer paper machine. Currently, IBS is offering the following free remote services to customers to help improve their performance:

• Formation Analysis (Techpap Formation)
• TSO Profile Analysis
• CD Moisture Profile 2 Sigma Analysis
• Paper Property Benchmarking Analysis
• Drainage Analysis
• Vacuum Analysis

How it Works: Simply contact your IBS Representative, indicate which services you are interested in and IBS will help you gather the information required to perform each analysis.
